but i think you should check out miniature tigers. they're good. and i just saw that on july 23 they're playing a show at hotel utah with the spinto band, who are an awesome bunch and  who i got to know more than a few years ago when they stayed at my house a couple times as ever-so-gracious guests of my lovely (then) roommate.  miniature tigers' record comes out 7/27 and the spintos have a new one out in october. go see. go play.

'tis the season.

lots of my favorite blogs are posting their "best of 2010...so far" lists. those lists typically give me lots of anxiety and make me especially hate the month of december because they're everywhere i look on the internet. (ahem...)
